Soak seeds for 24 hours prior to sowing.  Sow on the surface of your container, cover with 1\/4 peat and keep warm (at least 75 degrees) until germination starts.   They do like to germinate at higher temperatures so keep in a warm place, or use a heat mat, when seeding.  Once your outside temperatures are consistently in the mid 70's transfer to your garden with around 18 spacing.   Very similar growth to lantana and adapt well to high summer heat.You can also direct seed in late spring as they do like warmer temperatures to germinate.
